SHIPPING POLICY

Being a specialty small batch roaster, all orders are produced on an order by order basis to ensure
freshness and quality.

We make every effort to have your order in your hands just as quickly as humanly possible; generally, 7
days from the date we receive & confirm your order.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.

As a general practice we ship UPS. We find this provides a more reliable delivery tracking capability for you, our customer. When you place your order on-line at www.belladinacoffee.com the website will add a $10.00 flat rate fee for shipping. In the rare instances where UPS does not deliver to your street address, we will lock in the next most cost-effective method of delivery to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
